He blended in with the many tourists there, wearing civilian attire that included sunglasses, a jacket, and jeans. As he passed the information center, he was provided with a brochure from one of the staff standing outside; though Ethan’s instincts kicked in when the staff member advised him, “Be sure to stop by the gift shop, sir. It’s the only way to see the sights of the memorial.”             It was a coded message.
